One more thing I want to point out is that I tried using the Parental controls to block certain web pages. I selected only two web sites to block and it ended up blocking other web pages for no clear reason. It would allow the high hierarchy pages, but not some of the lower hierarchy pages which makes no sense.
So, I went and turned off the feature, only to find that it wasn't turning off. I restarted the computer and I still couldn't turn it off.
Just thought I'd add that quick tip for anyone thinking of using this obviously buggy feature.
